A friendly heads-up!
At Harbor Cove Cafe, we strive to provide quality service while minimizing food waste. To uphold these values, we have implemented a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all lunch box orders.
Refund Policy:
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled excursion. After this point, your food order will already be placed and processing will begin. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within this 24-hour window—no exceptions. You may pick up your lunch box and enjoy it throughout your day, Or If you are unable to pick up your lunch box, rest assured we wont let your lunch box go to waste. We donate unclaimed lunch boxes to persons of need.
Unclaimed Orders:
If you are unable to attend your excursion, you must retrieve your lunch box from our location. Any unclaimed orders will be donated to someone in need to reduce waste and give back to the community.
Pickup Instructions:
- Pickups can begin as early as 7:30 AM.
- Please come directly to the front to claim your lunch box. Do not wait in line unless you are planning on ordering something new.
Important Reminder:
Please take into consideration your time difference when ordering. Example: If you are ordering from EST and want a 7:30am pickup, you will order from a 10:30am pick up, your time. Just leave us a note when your boat is departing, we will handle the rest.
For smooth sailing on delivery day, please make sure to place your order at least 24 hours before you set sail. Harbor Cove Café can’t fulfill orders placed without a 24-hour heads-up.
